Please note that children under the age of 13 years old are not allowed in the Health & Wellness Center. It is important to know that the majority of our equipment is not suitable for children. Teens age 13-17 are strongly encouraged to meet with a Health & Wellness Trainer for one complimentary orientation prior to using the Health & Wellness Center.
The Monthly Debit membership is a budget friendly membership option. Reoccurring payments are automatically debited from a debit or credit card, or checking/savings account on the first of each month. The monthly membership continues debiting payment from month to month until a cancellation form is submitted; please see cancellation policy below. A 6 month minimum commitment is required for this membership. There is approximately a 10% discount if you pay in full for the year versus the monthly draft.
Annual and monthly draft memberships can be put on hold for a maximum time frame of three (3) months within a calendar year. All Holds begin on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month of the approved hold period. Membership holds are only accepted in writing via hard copy (Hold Agreement Form) or email to email@example.com. Holds cannot be authorized over the phone or verbally. Memberships that have been on hold cannot cancel until 30 days after membership reactivates from hold.
Members with a monthly draft membership can cancel their membership by submitting written notice (Cancellation Form) 30 days prior to the first of the month. For example, if a membership cancellation form is submitted on October 20, payment is processed November 1, and the membership terminates on November 30. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Memberships that have been on hold can cancel 30 days after membership reactivates from hold. When a membership is canceled, rejoins will be subject to the $75 commitment fee again if the membership is inactive for 3 months or longer.
As a member you can bring a guest for their first visit to the Y for free. If you bring a guest in with you that has visited the Y before, their day pass is discounted to $15 for an adult and $5 per child (4-19 years old).
