Community Impact

As one of the largest non-profits on the Island, our Y impacts nearly 1 out of every 3 people in our community with over 100 employees annually. Through our various fitness and wellness programs, we are creating a healthier and happier community. Our youth development programs give kids and teens a chance to learn and grow, while making long lasting friendships. Being a socially responsible organization, we’ve made it our mission to provide services to all regardless of their ability to pay. It takes special people to bring the YMCA mission to life, and we are always looking for energized and enthusiastic staff to join our cause. When you work for the Y, you can be assured that what you do each day positively impacts people in your community.
