When you belong to the Y of Martha’s Vineyard, you are entitled to take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities where health and wellness are highly valued and where programs and activities are founded upon the basic principles of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.  Your membership at the Y provides you and your family with exclusive access to the following services at no additional charge: Aquatics Center, Strength and Cardiovascular Conditioning Center, group exercise classes, complimentary fitness orientation, Child Watch, Teen Center, outdoor playground and basketball court, Wi-Fi.  As a member you also receive discounted rates for specialty classes, programs and special events as well as priority registration.  The Martha’s Vineyard Y believes no one should be denied membership or program participation due to financial circumstances. How to Join

To become a member of the YMCA of Martha’s Vineyard,  simply download a Membership Application and bring it to the Member Service Desk.

Reciprocity Policy

Welcome to the Martha’s Vineyard Y!  YMCA AWAY Members can purchase a day pass at a reduced cost of $10.00 for an adult and $5.00 for a youth (20 and under) through our AWAY Day Pass program.  There is no charge for children 3 years old and under.

For members of YMCA’s in Massachusetts and Rhode Island from Memorial Day to Columbus Day we have limited reciprocity to reducing the day pass fee to $10.00 for an adult and $5.00 for a youth (under 20).  There is no charge for children 3 years old and under.  From Columbus Day to Memorial Day the YMCA of Martha’s Vineyard will participate in full reciprocity for YMCA members from Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
