We offer over 70 group exercise classes per week.  All are included free with your membership. Classes vary in style and technique and cover all levels and core areas of fitness including strength training, stretching and flexibility, cardio, and more!

Water Aerobics

This exciting class is for both swimmers and non-swimmers and is geared toward increasing cardiovascular output and muscle tone.

Mon, Wed & Fri: 8:30-9:15 am and 9:30-10:15 am

 

Aqua HIIT!

High Intensity Interval Training in the Pool!  This is a Metabolic Style, Shallow water workout.  Great for working at a high intensity without the impact.  A fast paced full body workout!

Tues & Thurs: 9:30 – 10:30 am

 

Deep Water Training

Train in the deep water while wearing a flotation belt to experience this class. Alternate between high and low intensity moves to increase power and strength and improve cardiovascular endurance. 

Tues & Thurs: 8:30-9:15 am
