Welcome to Camp Terra Mare
Amazing things happen when kids unplug and reconnect with others! Camp Terra Mare provides a fun, safe experience for kids to learn new skills, build self-confidence, and make lasting friendships. We offer the Island’s most all-inclusive adventure camp! Swimming, archery, science, arts, beach field trips, Black Dog Tall ship sailing are just a few of our weekly activities. Our fun focused philosophy helps build confidence, develop leadership skills, and encourage teamwork. Camp Terra Mare runs 8 themed camp sessions, June 26 – August 18. Available for children entering Kindergarten – eighth grade.

Third Step please choose from one of the following options below:

Select the Find Account option if you have not accessed your online account but you have or have or had a membership at the YMCA of Martha’s Vineyard.
Select Sign Up to sign up as a non-member (i.e. does not require having a membership or having been a member in the past).

Youth Leader Program
An educational program for youth ages 13 through 16 to experience summer camp while assisting counselors and campers with daily activities. Youth Leaders will work with camp units, assist in the running of programs, specialty areas, program creation, and other camp related activities. Participants will learn about the YMCA’s mission as well as gain valuable insight and experience. Please email Camp Director Kelly Neadow at email@example.com if your child has interest in becoming a Youth Leader. Enrollment into our Youth Leader Program should occur at least one week in advance of the start of the experience. Participation will require parent/guardian permission. Participants can register by the week.
Program Fee: Members $50 per week Public $75 per week
The YMCA Summer Camp is an accredited camp that adheres to all guidelines set forth by the Department of Public Health. We are aware of the needs of today’s youth and the importance of instilling these values throughout our programs. The camp leadership staff consists of professionals dedicated to the mission and philosophies of the YMCA where we build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. Our purpose is to provide an enriching experience in a safe and structured developmentally appropriate program… one that will provide a positive and enriching long-lasting memory for your son or daughter.
