classes at no additional cost to members that are
specifically designed for active older adults, including:
SILVER SCULPT—an hour of cardio work utilizing the step & weights. Suitable for all levels.
SILVER YOGA – designed so that seniors can safely participate at their level of comfort.

Also popular among older adults is
WATER AEROBICS – This exciting class is for both swimmers and non-swimmers who enjoy exercising. It’s geared toward increasing cardiovascular output and muscle tone. Through exercising in the water you can condition both your body and heart.
