FREE Prenatal Yoga Classes

A partnership between OM Body, FLY Yoga and the YMCA of MV.
A 60 minute yoga series of safe and effective postures, pranayama (breath work), stretching and toning that relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, support the changes in your body and best prepare you for labor. This is the space to share your experiences with other moms-to-be, release and relax your body and mind, connect with your unborn child, and learn to trust your own instincts so that you may be informed and empowered throughout your childbearing year and beyond.
